Ms. Scott-Morgan earned a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute, Leadership for a Democratic Society Program and the Women’s Leadership Program, Center for Excellence in Public Leadership from George Washington University. She is a Certified Master Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification an ICF accredited program.

As a former Human Resources Professional, Ms. Scott-Morgan spent several years providing career exploration/development/career transition coaching services to entry level employees and mid-level managers. She has a passion for helping people identify/recognize their gifts and talents and translate those into career and/or entrepreneurial opportunities.

Ms. Scott-Morgan’s federal career spans 30 years. She’s had the opportunity to serve in multiple agencies in Los Angeles. San Francisco and Atlanta with the last 15 years in a senior leadership position.

She is the sole proprietor of Emerge Coaching, LLC. “Discover, Transform, Empower and Emerge” . She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Coach Tina holds ACC Certification through the International Coaching Federation.
