Ms. Scott-Morgan holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute’s Leadership for a Democratic Society Program and the Women’s Leadership Program at the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership at George Washington University.

She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Master Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification, an ICF-accredited program.

As a former Human Resources and Management/Operations professional, Ms. Scott-Morgan has spent several years providing career development, career transition, and leadership coaching to professionals ranging from entry-level employees to senior leaders and executives. She is passionate about helping individuals identify, recognize, and enhance their unique gifts and talents, and translate them into meaningful career and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Ms. Scott-Morgan’s federal career spanned 37 years, during which she served in multiple agencies across Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Atlanta. For the final 22 years of her career, she held senior leadership roles.

She is the sole proprietor of Emerge Coaching, LLC, where her mission is to “Discover, Transform, Empower, and Emerge.”
