Welcome to Emerge Coaching, LLC! I’m Tina!

Emerge Coaching, LLC was born out of a desire to share with others what was so graciously shared with me. Years ago, I completed an Executive Leadership Program in Charlottesville, Virginia. Afterwards, I was assigned an Executive Coach. I didn’t really know what to expect. To be perfectly honest, I was a tad bit apprehensive. I wasn’t quite sure what a “Coach” could do for me. I was not quite sure I even knew what an “Executive Coach” was. Well, the experience turned out to be absolutely life changing.

As the client, the experience gave me an opportunity to be heard and not judged. It gave me an opportunity to discover my strengths and transform my way of thinking and engaging. I was challenged to think outside the box. I was challenged to answer powerful questions that required me to really do some soul searching. How many of us are accustomed to giving an answer we think people want to hear? Not this time, this required digging deep into the wells of my consciousness . I was challenged to explore my beliefs, values and goals in life. The experience also created space for me to acknowledge those difficult seasons that shaped me and my decision-making. The good, bad and the ugly. No, this was NOT therapy by any means. But, it was certainly therapeutic. I was empowered to embrace all of me and EMERGE into the person I was created and destined to be.
